Appointments are available to be made in person, by phone or by email. When booking via email, please allow us to acknowledge your desired appointment time and date with an email reply.
Gift Certificates are available for purchase in person, by phone or by email. Gift Certificates are valid for up to one year after purchase. We do not accept third party Gift Certificates.
To ensure the quality of service for others, and to maintain the relaxing atmosphere of our salon for all of our customers, we ask that you refrain from using your phone while in the salon.
Please allow at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of your appointment. Cancellations with short notice may result in a charge for the full amount of the service on your next visit.
To ensure that there is sufficient time to provide the full value of the service that you request, please be sure to arrive on time for your appointment. We recommend arriving 5 minutes early to allow you to choose your color prior to your service. If you are running more than 5 minutes late, please call us to let us know. We will always do our best to accommodate you. Remember, this affects our ability to be punctual with the customer following your appointment and may result in less time allowed for your service.
For parties of three or more or for a single appointment with combined services valued at over $150.00, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the services will be required to book the reservation. A 20% gratuity is added to the final bill for all groups of three or more.
