To ensure the quality of your service and the relaxing atmosphere of our salon, we request that you refrain from using your phone.  We appreciate your consideration and understanding to ensure that all of our customers have a great experience.

**In order to ensure the health and well-being of all of our customers, and in compliance with state health requirements, we must turn away anyone who shows signs of a fungal infection on their hands or feet.


For parties and all individual bookings: 24 hours advance notice is required for any cancellation.  Insufficient notice will result in a charge for the full value of the service(s) upon your next visit.

Late Policy

To ensure the quality of our services and the total enjoyment of your experience, we recommend arriving 5 minutes prior to your appointment so that you have plenty of time to relax and select your favorite color. If you are running late, please let us know so that we can accommodate you as best we can without affecting the customer that has the appointment following yours. If you are running more than 10 minutes late and have not given 24 hours notice of cancellation or appointment time change, you may reschedule, however your appointment will be considered abandoned and you will be charged the value of your scheduled service.

Party Policy

For parties of 3 or more and for a single appointment with combined services valued at or over $150, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve your services.  A 20% gratuity is added to the final bill for all groups of 3 or more.
